DIFFERENCE MATTERS
RIDIS STANDARDDefined Scope.
Managed Phases.

ACCOUNTABILITY // SUPERVISION // FULFILMENT

Our Difference.FIXED SCOPES. CONTROLLED PHASES. FULL DELIVERY.

Projects fail when management stays behind a desk, trade handoffs are ignored, and scope gaps turn into unexpected costs. We run projects with direct field leadership—taking full responsibility for your budget, schedule, and jobsite conditions from start to finish.

  • Defined Scope Upfront: Every line item, material specification, and site assumption is documented before work begins. You know exactly what is included, what isn’t, and what it costs.
  • Single-Point Leadership: You work directly with one accountable team managing site logistics, subcontractor performance, and daily progress. No finger-pointing or unmanaged pass-offs.
  • Regulatory & Inspection Planning: Permits and municipal inspections are scheduled early on projects, keeping trades moving forward without costly downtime or code compliance delays.
  • Change Management: If hidden site conditions require a change, it’s documented, priced, and in writing before any extra work takes place. No surprise invoices at project closeout.
  • Jobsite Organization & Safety: Clean areas, managed phases, and strict safety protocols on every site. Whether operating on active commercial, industrial, or residential spaces.

About RIDIS

Built to last.
Built to lead.

Bred in South Florida. Driven by accountability.

Good construction relies on clarity, plain speaking, and getting the details right the first time. We started RIDIS because property owners deserve better than vague quotes, unmanaged subcontractors, and late stage surprises.

We run sites with total operational control. We stay directly involved, document the work, manage the trades, and take total responsibility for what gets built.

01

Accountability

One accountable point of contact is responsible for your site, your budget, and your timeline. No finger pointing and no excuses.

02

Precise Planning

We lock down the numbers, scope, and site assumptions upfront. You see the line items, potential risks, and the exact schedule before work ever begins.

03

Built Locally

We know how South Florida actually builds. From local building departments and high velocity hurricane zones to regional trade networks, we navigate the terrain without losing momentum.

04

Always Delivered

We don’t pack up tools at 90% completion. We push through final inspections, clear every last punch list item, and hand over a finished, fully compliant project.

Common questions

Know what to expect
before work begins.

These are the questions we hear most often when we first review a construction project.

01What is included in the free project review?

We start by reviewing your goals, the property and visible conditions, available plans or photos, likely trades, permitting questions, budget expectations, scheduling constraints, and any immediate risks. From there, we explain whether the project appears to fit RIDIS and what information or site review is needed next.

02Do you help with permits and inspections?

Yes. As the general contractor, we identify known permit and inspection requirements, coordinate the construction documents and licensed trades required for the scope, schedule applicable inspections, and address correction notices related to our work. Architects and engineers prepare design documents when their licenses are required.

03Can you take over an unfinished or troubled project?

Yes, when the existing work can be evaluated and a realistic completion scope can be established. We review available contracts, plans, permits, inspection records, payments, and jobsite conditions; document what is complete or deficient; and develop a plan for corrections, remaining work, inspections, and closeout.

04Where do you work?

Our primary service area is Broward County, with projects throughout Miami-Dade and Palm Beach. We may also accept work elsewhere in Florida when the project scope, schedule, travel, licensing, and local permitting requirements make it practical.

05How are changes handled after work begins?

Before performing work outside the approved scope, we document the requested or required change, pricing, schedule impact, and any permit or design consequences. We proceed after written approval and any required drawing or permit revisions.

06What happens after I submit the form?

We review what you submit against the types of work we accept and contact you to clarify the property, scope, timing, and available documents. If the project appears to be a fit, we outline the next step, which may be a phone discussion, document review, or site visit.
